Between 03/02-07/02/2020, a coordination meeting was held in Gdansk under the project “WEBEN – Portal of Entrepreneurial Education in New Key” at the “DOM MUZYKA” hotel, where all the organizations involved in the project were present. Representatives of the organization, “Fundacja Instytut Rownowagi Spoleczno Ekonomicznej” hosted this activity and took care of the program of the meeting as well as our stay there.
The most important part of the coordination meeting was a detailed overview of the project concerning the budget, upcoming activities, as well as the final and main product of the project which is – WEB portal “WEBEN” which will contain collections of blogs and vlogs with topics on entrepreneurship. As well as what is expected of every organization, that is, in the end, each organization should design their authentic T-shirt with a motivational message inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit. We have more precisely determined the dates and the program of upcoming activities, the clearest is certainly for the next activity: Training course – which we are organizing in Belgrade in the period between 11/05-18/05/2020.
When it comes to the program of activities themselves, we have come to a consensus with the organizations that need to organize them in their own country, in accordance with our expectations and their ideas. Emphasis was placed on learning about the business climate, the position of small enterprises, public support, regulatory frameworks, the impact of political and economic factors on new entrepreneurs, as well as what problems they face in each of these countries, and finally – what actions the organizations are going to take, themselves, in eliminating adverse factors such as unemployment and funding opportunities.
In addition to discussing and agreeing on the project, the representatives of the host organization prepared a visit for us to a non-government organization in a place not far from Gdansk, so we visited the “Social Integration Center” in Sopot, where we got acquainted with their area of work in the field of entrepreneurship and expanded our own perspective of economic and political reality in Poland. Namely, their target groups are marginalized members of society, such as drug addicts, narcotics, and also mentally disabled persons, who cannot find employment in the labor market on their own. Therefore, they organize six-month programs, in the form of psychotherapy, internships for future work in local firms, with the aim of staying in those firms after the completion of the program. Consequently, they re-socialize them towards becoming functional members of the community, both for themselves and for others. Their statistics are encouraging, given that they have many more who have successfully completed the program and are working full-time. So this is a very significant experience, both a positive practice and an even more positive example that was useful to hear, and maybe to follow in the future.
Of course, we also managed to visit various sights in Gdansk and get to know the city better, through an organized tour with a tourist guide. He introduced to us the very old and colorful history and culture of this northern city on the Baltic Sea coast. We also visited an exhibition at the “European Solidarity Center” about the Polish democratic movement “Solidarity” which was set up during this period.

ЗАВРШЕН КООРДИНАЦИОНИ САСТАНАК У ГДАЊСКУ!
У периоду између 03.02-07.02.2020 у Гдањску одржан је координациони састанак у оквиру пројекта ,,WEBEN – Portal of entrepreneurial education in new key” у хотелу ,,DOM MUZYKA“ где су приствовале све организације на пројекту. Представници организације ,,Fundacja Instytut Rownowagi Spoleczno Ekonomicznej” су били домаћини ове активности, те су се постарали око програма састанка, али и нашег боравка тамо.
Најважнији део координационог састанка био је детаљан преглед пројекта које се тицао буџета, предстојећих активности, али и коначног и главног продукта пројекта који је – ВЕБ портал „WEBEN“ који ће садржати збирке блогова и влогова са темама о предузетништву. Као и шта се очекује од сваке организације, а то је да на крају свака организација осмисли своју аутентичну мајицу са мотивационом поруком инспирисаном предузетничким духом. Прецизније смо утврдили датуме и програм предстојећих активности, најјасније је свакако за следећу активност, Тренинг курс – коју организујемо у Београду у трајању од 11.05-18.05.2020.
Када је у питању програм самих активности дошли смо до консензуса са организацијама које треба да их организују у својој земљи, у складу са нашим очекивањима и њиховим идејама. Акценат смо ставили на упознавање са пословном климом, положај малих предузећа, јавну подршку, регулаторне оквире, утицај политичких и економских фактора на нове предузетнике, као и на то са којим проблемима се они суочавају у свакој од ових земаља, и коначно деловање самих организација у отклањању неповољних фактора по њих, као што су на пример незапосленост и могућности финансирања.
Поред разматрања и договора око пројекта, представници домаћин-организације су нам припремили обилазак невладине организације у месту недалеко од Гдањска, тако смо посетили ,,Центар за Социјалну Интеграцију“ у Сопоту, где смо се упознали са њиховим подручјем рада у области предузетништва и проширили сопствену перспективу економске и политичке реалности у Пољској. Наиме њихове циљне групе јесу маргинализовани чланови друштва, дакле зависници од алкохола, наркотика, такође и особе са интелектуалним потешкоћама, које не могу да се запосле на тржишту рада самостално. Стога они организују шестомесечне програме, у виду психотерапија, праксе за будући посао у локалним фирмама, са циљем да у тим фирмама и остану по завршетку програма. Практично, они их ресоцијализују у смеру постајања функционалних чланова заједнице, како за себе тако и за друге. Њихова статистика је охрабрујућа, с обзиром да имају много више оних који су успешно завршили програм и стално су запослени. Тако је ово врло значајно искуство, и једна позитивна пракса и још позитивнији пример који је било корисно и чути али и следити можда у будућности.
Наравно успели смо и да посетимо разне знаменитости у Гдањску и боље се упознамо са градом, кроз организован обилазак са туристичким водичем. Који нам је представио врло стару и шаренолику историју и културу овог северног града на обали Балтичког мора. Посетили смо и изложбу у ,,Европском Центру Солидарности“ о пољском демократском покрету ,,Солидарност“ која је била постављена у овом периоду.
