Project „E+ got better – road to successful entrepreneur“ finally, after the duration extensions due to COVID-19 pandemic, is finalized.

The project had 8 main activities plus local workshops and made an impact in 6 countries.

One of the main products Tool-kit „E+ got better – road to successful entrepreneur“ was presented during Conference, October 2020 in Belgrade, Serbia.

Moreover, partner organizations put an effort to produce what is appealing to the digital age – educational videos, that can be found on YouTube. They give a picturesque overview of all the lessons contained in the toolkit as well.

“More entrepreneurship in sport – more sport for all” aims to provide participating organizations, participants and other stakeholders with an understanding of the attributes and perspectives of an entrepreneurial mindset, and the process to acquire one. Project introduces concepts that enables a person to start a trans-formative process in the way they think generally, and in the way they think about business specifically. This new way of thinking has the potential to positively impact not only them, but their family, and community.

The entrepreneurial process is usually initiated by organizations, people or governments who are embedded in both economic and social contexts, but with this project we want to the present a different perspectives and different approach, more precisely – how the role of entrepreneurship in the sports context can leverage the opportunities that arise from sports, sport organization, sport network and youth athlete and how to optimize that resources and put them in use in most effective way.

This project will be useful for sports organizations, athletes and non-governmental organizations for promoting the use of entrepreneurship through and with sport, in order to generate competitive advantages in the global marketplace. Participants of this project will acquire knowledge and competences that enable them for independent, professional, individual or team work and engagement in all areas of business in sport.

The approach toward implementation project is modern, dynamic and supported by combination of activities such as coordinating activities, educational and dissemination activities. The first project activity will be held in Niš from 01.03.2020. to 03.03.2020. The project will run until April 2021.

Спорт је твој бизнис

„Више предузетништва у спорту – више спорта за све“ има за циљ да организације које учествују, учеснике и друге заинтересоване упозна са својствима и перспективама предузетничког начина размишљања и процесом његовог стицања. Кроз пројекат ће бити представљени концепти који ће омогућити особи да промени уобичајени начин размишљања, а поготово начин на који размишља о послу. Овај нови начин размишљања има потенцијал да позитивно утиче не само на њих, већ и на њихову породицу и заједницу.

Предузетнички процес обично покрећу организације, људи или владе који су уклопљени у економски и социјални контекст, али овим пројектом желимо да представимо другачију перспективу и другачији приступ, тачније – како улога предузетништва у спортском контексту може користити могућности које произлазе из спорта, спортске организације, спортске мреже и младих спортиста и како да оптимизује те ресурсе и да их користи на најефикаснији начин.

Овај пројекат ће бити користан за спортске организације, спортисте и невладине организације за промоцију употребе предузетништва кроз спорт, како би се створиле конкурентске предности на глобалном тржишту. Учесници овог пројекта стичу знања и компетенције које им омогућавају самосталан, професионалан, индивидуални или тимски рад и ангажовање у свим областима пословања у спорту.

Приступ према имплементацији пројекта је модеран, динамичан и састоји се из активности као што су координационе активности, образовне и дисеминационе активности. Прва пројектна активност биће одржана у Нишу од 01.03.2020. до 03.03.2020. Пројекат ће трајати до априла 2021. године.

First meeting under the Project “Young Balkan leaders – The power of shared international knowledge and skills for successful management” approved by Bulgarian National Agency, under KA2 – Strategic partnership in the field of youth Erasmus+, was held in Sofia, Bulgaria, 5-6^th of July 2018.

Main project objective is to educate young representatives of public and private sector that tend to be future leaders in their professional fields.

Partners on this project are Institute of politics from Bulgaria, Ohrid Institute for Economic Strategies and International Affairs and Municipality of Strumica from FYROM, Municipality of Stari Grad and Best-seller from Serbia.

The project has 7 activities total, out of which 4 are trainings (two to be held in Bulgaria, one in Serbia and one in FYROM), and 3 transnational meetings to be held in each of the partner countries.

The project lasts 18 months.

Одржан први састанак под пројектом “МЛАДИ БАЛКАНСКИ ЛИДЕРИ – СИЛАТА НА СПОДЕЛЕНИТЕ МЕЖДУНАРОДНИ ЗНАНИЯ И УМЕНИЯ ЗА УСПЕШНО УПРАВЛЕНИЕ”

Одржан је први састанак 5-6 јула 2018. у Софији, Бугарска, под пројектом “МЛАДИ БАЛКАНСКИ ЛИДЕРИ – СИЛАТА НА СПОДЕЛЕНИТЕ МЕЖДУНАРОДНИ ЗНАНИЯ И УМЕНИЯ ЗА УСПЕШНО УПРАВЛЕНИЕ” одобрен од стране Националне агенције Бугарске под Кључном активношћу 2 – Стратешка партнерства у области младих Еразмус+ програма.

Главни циљ пројекта је да едукује младе представнике и представнице из Бугарске, Србије и Македоније, активне у јавном и приватном сектору који су будући лидери и лидерке у својим областима.

Партнери на пројекту су Институт за политику из Бугарске, Институт за економски стратегии и мегународни односи ОХРИД и Општина Струмица из Македоније, Општина Стари Град и Бестселер из Србије.

Пројекат има укупно 7 активности од којих су 4 обуке (две у Бугарској, једна у Србији и једна у Македонији), и 3 транснационална састанка који се одржавају у свакој земљи партнера.

Пројекат траје 18 месеци.
