PERMAYOUTH

PERMAYOUTH project aims to provide accessible online learning opportunities to people which focus on sustainable agriculture and permaculture practices. Using digital platforms, this project aims to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to promote environmentally friendly agricultural practices and to encourage them to take a step forward and incorporate them in their work.

It promotes sustainable agricultural practices and equipping participants with the relevant skills and knowledge that will help them be more aware of the environmental challenges we are facing and providing ways for overcoming them taking sustainable agriculture and permaculture practices as a basis for this. In addition to this, since most of the activities will be organized and implemented online, as well as there will be no printed outputs, we will contribute towards the conservation of the environment and the promotion of sustainability and green practices in everyday life.

Another priority which will be tackled is social inclusion and community empowerment by engaging diverse stakeholders in participatory learning and knowledge-sharing activities. Additionally, by identifying the needs of marginalized groups, including women, youth, small farmers from rural areas and including them into this project activities we will foster social cohesion and inclusion and equal access to resources and opportunities. Moreover, by organizing training, collaborative activities and knowledge sharing sessions we will foster innovation and capacity-building.

Through the activities the consortium mebers will contribute to:

Introduction to sustainable agriculture – learn what is sustainable agriculture and to get an overview of the sustainable agriculture principles and practices.

Introduction to permaculture design principles – basic permaculture ethics and design principles; how productive and resilient ecosystems using permaculture principles are designed.

Introduction to soil health and conservation – tackling the importance of soil health, its structure and fertility in sustainable agriculture.

Introduction to water management and conservation – water management techniques for agriculture; how to harvest rainwater and what are the water-efficient farming practices.

Understanding of “Grow your own food” practice – basics of gardening, including seed selecting, how to prepare the soil and plant the crops; how to grow herbs, fruits and vegetables in small spaces like raised beds.

Community engagement and sustainable farming – how to engage the community and pass on their knowledge to the others.

Project is implemented under Erasmus+ programme – Virtual exchanges, co-financed by the European Union.

Пројекат PERMAYOUTH има за циљ да људима пружи приступачне могућности онлајн учења које се фокусирају на одрживу пољопривреду и пермакултурне праксе. Користећи дигиталне платформе, овај пројекат има за циљ да опреми појединце знањем и вештинама потребним за промоцију еколошки прихватљивих пољопривредних пракси и да их подстакне да направе корак напред и укључе их у свој рад.

Промовише одрживе пољопривредне праксе и опрема учеснике релевантним вештинама и знањем које ће им помоћи да буду свеснији еколошких изазова са којима се суочавамо и пружа начине за њихово превазилажење, узимајући одрживу пољопривреду и пермакултурне праксе као основу за то. Поред тога, пошто ће већина активности бити организована и спроведена онлајн, као и неће бити штампаних резултата, допринећемо очувању животне средине и промоцији одрживости и зелених пракси у свакодневном животу.

Још један приоритет којим ћемо се бавити је социјална инклузија и оснаживање заједнице ангажовањем различитих заинтересованих страна у активностима учења и размене знања уз учешће. Поред тога, идентификовањем потреба маргинализованих група, укључујући жене, младе, мале пољопривреднике из руралних подручја и њиховим укључивањем у активности овог пројекта, неговаћемо социјалну кохезију и инклузију и једнак приступ ресурсима и могућностима. Штавише, организовањем обука, заједничких активности и сесија за размену знања, неговаћемо иновације и изградњу капацитета.

Кроз активности, чланови конзорцијума ће допринети приближавању теме учесницима кроз увођење кључних тема кроз:

Увод у одрживу пољопривреду – сазнати шта је одржива пољопривреда и добити преглед принципа и пракси одрживе пољопривреде.

Увод у принципе пермакултурног дизајна – основна етика и принципи дизајна пермакултуре; како се дизајнирају продуктивни и отпорни екосистеми који користе принципе пермакултуре.

Увод у здравље и заштиту земљишта – решавање важности здравља земљишта, његове структуре и плодности у одрживој пољопривреди.

Увод у управљање водама и заштиту – технике управљања водама за пољопривреду; како сакупљати кишницу и које су пољопривредне праксе које ефикасно користе воду.

Разумевање праксе „Узгајајте своју храну“ – основе баштованства, укључујући избор семена, како припремити земљиште и посадити усеве; како узгајати зачинско биље, воће и поврће у малим просторима попут подигнутих гредица.

Укључивање заједнице и одржива пољопривреда – како укључити заједницу и пренети њихово знање другима.

Пројекат се спроводи у оквиру програма Еразмус+ – Виртуелне размене, који суфинансира ЕУ.

YETEX

Project „Youth empowerment through creative expression“ – YETEX

Project tackles the real needs and situations of young women with migrant background in providing the support and educational environment by telling a story of a region in Europe, thus creating a new narrative to awaken thoughts on contemporary context and better future for art & culture of the region, paving a path for long-term sustainability of work of the selected artists in development.

The final outcome of this project is the “State of art”, as professional community that connects artists through its regular activities and operations. In the state of art, everyone is encouraged to dream and express their creative side. Project creates a forum for dialog with decision makers, using artistic expression as the starting point for discussion and work of art as incentive for dialog on deeper social and political state of art in the three countries, up-scaling consideration of fine differences and similarities of challenges our societies have in line with the European initiatives.

Project is implemented with the support of Erasmus+ programme, with the coordination from Greece – Social inclusion, partner from Armenia – Youth opportunities club and partner from Serbia – Best-seller.

Пројекат ”Оснаживање младих кроз креативни израз” – ЈЕТЕКС

Пројекат се бави стварним потребама и ситуацијама младих жена са мигрантском позадином пружајући подршку и образовно окружење причајући причу о једном региону у Европи, стварајући тако нову нарацију која буди мисли о савременом контексту и бољој будућности за уметност и културу региона, отварајући пут ка дугорочној одрживости рада одабраних уметника у настајању.

Коначни резултат овог пројекта је „Стање уметности“, као професионална заједница која повезује уметнике кроз своје редовне активности и операције. У стању уметности, сви су подстакнути да сањају и изразе своју креативну страну. Пројекат ствара форум за дијалог са доносиоцима одлука, користећи уметнички израз као полазну тачку за дискусију и уметничко дело као подстицај за дијалог о дубљем друштвеном и политичком стању уметности у три земље, подижући разматрање финих разлика и сличности изазова са којима се наша друштва суочавају у складу са европским иницијативама.

Пројекат се спроводи уз подршку програма Еразмус+, уз координатора из Грчке – Социјална инклузија, партнера из Јерменије – Клуб могућности за младе и партнера из Србије – Бестселер.

FREE project started its 36 months journey

“Female refugees for entrepreneurship and employability” – FREE project has as main objective to promote entrepreneurship among young women in the European Union (EU), recognizing the significant benefits of investing in women’s economic empowerment by focusing on fostering entrepreneurship among young women, addressing the gender gap in entrepreneurship and thereby contributing to a more balanced and diverse business ecosystem that drives economic growth and innovation.

The project draws its frame considering one of the priorities in the cooperation between the EU and the Eastern partnership as support and empower young generation, especially in terms of developing their skills and promoting employment with collaboration of six partners from Armenia, Cyprus, Moldova, Italy, Ukraine, and Serbia. Its specific objectives include conducting research on existing initiatives for empowering inclusion, active participation, and entrepreneurial skills among women refugees, providing inclusive English courses, job shadowing activities, online international youth exchange experiences, and local workshops on entrepreneurship to boost employability among the beneficiaries. Through non-formal education activities, such as English courses, a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), and entrepreneurship workshops, the project seeks to enhance the digital and soft skillsof displaced women, promote entrepreneur and soft skills, and encourage intercultural dialogue and the practice of foreign languages.

ФРИ пројекат започео своје 36-омесечно путовање

„Жене избеглице за предузетништво и запошљивост“ – пројекат ФРИ има за главни циљ да промовише предузетништво међу младим женама у Европској унији (ЕУ), препознајући значајне предности улагања у економско оснаживање жена фокусирањем на подстицање предузетништва међу младим женама, осврћући се на родне разлике у предузетништву и на тај начин доприносећи уравнотеженијем и разноврснијем пословном екосистему који покреће економски раст и иновације.

Пројекат прави свој оквир узимајући у обзир један од приоритета у сарадњи између ЕУ и замаља Источног партнерства као подршку и оснаживање младе генерације, посебно у смислу развоја њихових вештина и промовисања запошљавања уз сарадњу шест партнера из Јерменије, Кипра, Молдавије, Италије, Украјине и Србије. Његови специфични циљеви укључују спровођење истраживања о постојећим иницијативама за оснаживање инклузије, активног учешћа и предузетничких вештина међу женама избеглицама, обезбеђивање инклузивних курсева енглеског језика, активности праћења рада, онлајн међународну размену искустава младих и локалне радионице о предузетништву како би се повећала запошљивост међу корисницима. Кроз активности неформалног образовања, као што су курсеви енглеског језика, масовни отворени онлајн курс (МУК) и предузетничке радионице, пројекат настоји да унапреди дигиталне и ”меке” вештине расељених жена, промовише предузетништво и вештине и подстакне међукултурални дијалог и вежбање страних језика.

Run Forest Run – for the nature and for us

Workshops will be held in three countries: Poland, Italy and Serbia throughout the period from September 2022 till February 2023, after which the main output will be developed: We want a clean environment – the publication of the methods of pro-ecological activities.

The topics that we will dive into have their basis in recycling practices and different ecological solutions in:

• Cosmetology
• Household chemicals
• Food and flora
• Everyday objects

Each of the participating organizations will deal with the topic that is directly connected to their background and as Best-seller has been dealing with sustainability in the field of fashion, combined with other green projects – we will deal with the reuse of everyday object.

The project coordinator is the Instytut of Nowych Technologii from Poland and Youth Europe Service – YES from Italy.

Пројекат Трчи Форест Трчи у складу је са приоритетима програма Еразмус+, који има за циљ подизање свести младих о еколошким проблемима и питањима везаним за климатске промене. Кроз активности ћемо тежити развијању еколошких навика код младих. Желимо да наш пројекат промовише међугенерацијске активности – размену искустава између младих и старијих и зато ће једна радионица бити посвећена томе.

Радионице ће се одржати у три земље: Пољској, Италији и Србији током периода од септембра 2022. до фебруара 2023. године, након чега ће се развити главни резултат – публикација: Желимо чисту животну средину – публикација о методама проеколошких активности.

Теме којима ћемо се бавити имају своју основу у пракси рециклаже и различитим еколошким решењима у:

• Козметологији
• Кућној хемији
• Храна и флори
• Свакодневним предметима

Свака од организација учесница бавиће се темом која је директно повезана са њиховим претходним искуством, а како се Бестселер бави одрживошћу у области моде, у комбинацији са другим зеленим пројектима – бавићемо се поновном употребом свакодневних предмета.

Пројектни координатор је Instytut of Nowych Technologii из Пољске и Youth Europe Service – YES из Италије.

DESUWOW – DEvelopment of professional Skills for the use of Urban solid Wastes and Organic Wastes in agricultural

The EU’s biomass energy sector is a major contributor to the EU’s energy policy. The European Commission believes that biomass energy can play an important role in achieving Europe’s 2050 targets.

In future Commission scenarios, energy production from biomass will almost double in 2030 ([SWD (2014) 259]). The Energy Roadmap 2050 aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to 80-95% by 2050. However, due to technological and economic constraints, the use of biomass for energy production is currently not widely used in Europe.

Strong and effective support for the development of biomass energy from the AMW can also be a way to improve farm budgets. Western European countries are much more developed in this respect than Eastern European countries. The subject of agricultural and urban biogas plants is new in the countries of the partnership. Knowledge of AMW trainers and supporters of biomass energy in rural areas is also insufficient. DESUWOW will focus on the development of professional skills in the field of energy waste, which will help to reduce environmental impacts, unemployment and migration.

The project plans to achieve these objectives by developing innovative training resources that will support the transfer of know-how and innovation from the new countries involved as well as from new organisations. The project will be a sustainable project and will develop innovative practices that can be fully transferred to other areas. The main objectives are farmers, employees, municipal companies, environmental foundations, rural development agents, waste treatment companies, biomass energy suppliers, engineers or consultants involved in biomass topics, vocational education and training trainers and shareholders in Europe.

DESUWOW’s objectives are:

• identify and analyze targeted needs and competences
• development of an innovative and modern training programme
• carrying out a set of targeted pilot trials and transferred e-learning content
• developing new professional skills related to biomass energy
• promoting the EU’s RES demands
• awareness-raising and transfer of innovation for the re-use of waste in the EU
• promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and employment in rural areas – supporting the improvement of the
• quality of life in rural areas and reducing migration
• promoting environmental awareness
